"Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them. If at all possible, we must interpret the Act in a way that is consistent with the former, and avoids the latter"  --Justice Roberts, in a majority opinion saying that although ObamaCare explicitly requires states to set up exchanges, federal exchanges (which were not mentoned in the 2,800 page law) are allowable and legal.

As a CPA and expert on federal tax research, I say unto you infallibly, “Get ready for tyranny in America .”  Laws no longer mean what the lawmakers wrote.  Brace yourselves.
