Fossil Fuels Stay on Top

There’s a long article from the Manhattan Institute that contends very logically that we are going to have an energy supply based on fossil fuels through most of the twenty-first century rather than energy mostly coming from wind, solar and other renewable sources.  The article, written from an engineering standpoint, contends that the green new deal is an unworkable kludge.
