Are Virus Carriers Without Symptoms Dangerous?

Whether or not the coronavirus can be spread by those who have it yet show no symptoms has not become clear.  Those who have the virus in an early stage and show no symptoms – but will have those symptoms soon – surely can infect others.  See:
